Roof Cleaning

  • Can you guarantee to fix my leak?

If we are able to isolate exactly what is causing it, "yes". Unfortunately, this is not always possible. Our approach is simple. We will attack the obvious issue first. Often we will get it first time, however sometimes it may take more than one visit.

  • Do you do "Free Quotes" for leaks?

We are more than happy to look at leak repairs for you. We offer an "Obligation Free Quoting Service". This means we will arrange a suitable time to assess your problem, however, it may not be immediately, due to the nature of our business and our workload. Should you require "immediate service" a call out charge will apply.

  • My Roof is leaking, what do I do?

Call us initially. We will take down some details from you in order to establish the nature of your problem. This may necessitate a "callout", but more than likely we can arrange to meet onsite over the next couple of days. In most cases we find that the problem has been of a deteriorating nature that it has just become evident today. Most leaks are relatively easy to solve.

Roof Repairs

  • How often does my roof need to be cleaned?

There is no "one size fits all". The type of roof product, its physical location and its position in relation to the sun are all factors that will influence our recommendation. Be wary of "over-cleaning" your roof. Apart from costing you more money, it can in some cases reduce the life of the Surface Coating.

  • How long will it take to "clean up"?

This will depend on how "dirty" it is. An old black concrete tile or a lichen covered Clay or Metal Tile roof may take as long as twelve months to really clean up. If your looking for a quick solution we can look at brushing or water-blasting.

  • Will the Chemical damage our plants?

Some chemical manufacturers state, "Will not damage plants". We struggle with this as Moss and Lichen are "plants". If you are concerned about your plants, let us know, and we can take special precautions to ensure damage does not occur. This may be as simple as "wetting down" plants prior to treatment and "washing off" afterwards.

  • What services do you offer?
