Because we install a wide range of different roofing products, we are often able to go straight to the cause of the problem and offer a logical solution.
To make an accurate diagnosis we need to know what we are looking for, the history, and of course recent events which may have given rise to your enquiry. We prefer to meet with you on site to discuss your problems prior to making any assessment.
Roof Leak Repairs
Leaks, by their very nature, usually develop over time. You are not usually aware you have a problem until water makes its way through the last line of defense: your ceiling paint.
As such, leak repairs may require more than one site visit as their cause may not be directly evident. Rather than completely removing a roof, we will focus on what appears to be the logical culprit first.
We are more than happy to provide "Pre-Purchase Inspections" and also "Insurance Inspections" including a report for a nominal fee, and from these we are usually able to reference any potential threats, prior to you "buying the problem".
